  Japan is not a hotbed of hamburger development by any means, but there are a few standout burgers. This is only my favorite of 17 (last I counted) locations of LP in Hakodate. The basic hamburger (onions, ketchup, mustard) and teriyaki burgers are my favorite. You can also have a whale burger if you are into that. The onion rings also might be the only good ones in Japan.
