  Previously known as Nisker's, this restaurant has been a local favorite for many years. The original owner recently returned (and is usually working), and the quality of the burgers is even better. Known for char-broiled burgers. Vegetarian and non-beef options (try the beefalo burger!). Buns are baked daily and patties are never frozen. Burgers are made-to-order and well worth the brief wait.
