  4505 Meats Cheeseburger at the Ferry Building Farmers Market, on Thursdays and Saturdays, is the best burger I've ever had. Grass fed beef patty from Magruder Ranch, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes(when in season), onions, secret sauce, and a housemade brioche bun. It's a bit small as far as burgers go, but it the flavor makes up for it. Get some chicharonnes while you're there too.
