  It's in the little square next to the Regal Fox Tower Cinema, and it's in a tiny building. Like, look a second time you might miss it tiny. They do other stuff besides burgers but all I've ever gotten is the burger and fries. They use all organic ingredients, all locally sourced, and the beef is grass fed (it's Portland). The burgers are fantastic, the flavors are all amazing and they put care into each ingredient, the fries are perfect and they have a variety of awesome house-made dipping sauces too. They have sweet potato fries which I haven't had, but they're probably good too.
