  They operate out of a tiny little green and white shack in the middle of a small field. It's take out only although they do have some benches outside for you to sit down on. Their burgers are fantastic. Perfectly seasoned, perfectly greasy, they're my favorite burger. If you show up at lunch expect to wait a while, it's pretty popular with the midday crowd. They have a location in nearby Temple, TX as well, and while both locations are good the Belton shack is the original location and in my opinion more consistent.
