Supposedly "umami" is the fifth taste (the basic four being sweet, sour, bitter, and salty) that is supposed to give a long-lasting, savory, meaty, mouthwatering taste.

Whether not all the hype about "umami" is true, the burgers certainly do give a mouthwatering, savory taste unlike any burger I've ever had before. It's not the classic american burger, it's more of a "burger fusion" type of deal, but regardless, it is DELICIOUS.

They also match beers to your burger in the same way fine dining restaurants match wines to certain meals.
