Admittedly there are three locations (the one I prefer is at 1006 NE Loop 410, but there's one off San Pedro and one off I-10 between Wurzbach and Huebner), but Chester's is somewhat of a local institution that you won't find outside of San Antonio.

Delicious burgers grilled to order with toppings like green chili in addition to the usual cheese, bacon etc. No more poppyseed buns sadly, but the burgers are still fantastic without them.

Their beer selection is impressive. Behind the back counter is a long fridge full of various imported bottled beers, which go along nicely with the big screen TV. Makes Chester's a popular place to hang out on game nights.
