Like Food and Wine "Chef of the Year" level guys doing amazing burgers for the fun of it. Also depending on who is cooking that evening they do a variety of specialty burgers which range from humble to topped with truffles and duck livers.

Downside: Only open Sunday evenings and it's really popular so on a bad night you wait outside forever to get in. Or they may run out of meat before you even get in the door.
