Description
Although I've only been to this restaurant in Bryson City two, I'm sort of biased in favor of it. Jimmy Mac originally owned a bar/restaurant in Tampa, FL where I grew up. My wife and I used to love going there as high school kids, so we were delighted when we discovered that Jimmy Mac had opened up a new restaurant in Bryson City (my parents have a house nearby).
Every time I go, I always get a 1lb cajun cheeseburger with bacon and it's always juicy, salty, spicy and just amazing! I've been to Ray's Hellburger in Arglinton, Old Ebbitt in DC, In-And-Out in San Fran, had the Kobe beef sliders at Barclay Prime in Philly, and had a gruyere burger at Bar Rouge (also in Philly). Heck, I even bought a meat grinder to make the blue ribbon burger mix from AHT (it's good). I love burgers and I've eater a lot of them. Jimmy Mac's stand up there with the best.
