Arguably THE best burgers in the greater Memphis area, and they win awards to prove it. This is an actual, honest-to-God burger dive (unlike Huey's, which has a dive atmosphere, but which arguably only has one "authentic" location). I've never been that amazed by the fries at Belmont, although many people love them, but that's okay because they do some amazing onion rings. Also, if you're just not feeling like a burger (though why would you not?) they do an excellent Reuben here.

There's one other Belmont Grill in East Memphis, which isn't nearly as good in my opinion, but many people strongly disagree.
