Owned by iron chef Jose Garces, it's the best burger you'll ever have. I swear they soak their burgers overnight in rendered duck fat or something. It's the juiciest, tastiest burger I've ever had. It's so good, that even if you left it sitting in the fridge overnight and ate it cold the next day, it would still be the best burger you've ever had.
